Scenes from an Italian Food Truck
Patrizi’s isn’t the kind of spot I grew up around.
No white tablecloths or wine cellars.
It’s a food truck setup with outdoor seating, a walk-up window, and servers running food to tables out back. Still, something about it felt familiar: the homemade gravy, the warmth, the volume of the place.
I liked it enough to reach out (shamelessly leveraging my Italian last name) and offered to shoot some photos for their socials and site.
Luckily, this wasn’t my first rodeo behind the counter of an Italian ristorante.
